An AI video editor for footage you already filmed
VideoMotion Studio is built for estate agents, photographers and marketing teams who shoot walkthroughs on a phone and need a faster path to a listing or social cut.
In brief
VideoMotion Studio is a browser-based AI editor for property walkthrough video. It analyses rooms and hero moments in clips you upload, recommends speed ramps, and exports 1080p portrait or landscape. It does not generate video from images or text prompts.
Who it is for
People who already record interiors and exteriors and want those clips paced for portals and social — without opening a desktop NLE.
What it is not
It is not an image-to-video generator. Still photographs belong in ImageMotion. It is also not a live 3D tour or a reconstruction of rooms you did not film.
What you can do
AI walkthrough analysis
Upload filmed footage and let the app mark rooms, transitions and standout moments so you spend less time scrubbing a timeline.
Smart speed ramps
Slow hero rooms, keep detail shots readable, and move faster through corridors — then tweak every segment if you want.
Portrait and landscape 1080p
Export 1080×1920 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, or 1920×1080 for portals, YouTube and websites.
Style presets and timeline
Start with Fast & Punchy, Balanced, or Smooth & Cinematic, then refine speeds on a simple timeline.
Branding and uploaded music
Add a logo, intro and outro cards, and upload your own MP3, WAV or AAC soundtrack. There is no built-in music library.
Scripts and teleprompter
Generate a scene-based narration from property facts, then read it on your phone while you walk the rooms.
Multi-clip projects
Combine an exterior approach with interior clips — up to 4 videos per project, 5 minutes and 500 MB each.
Project dashboard
Return to drafts, completed exports and share links from one ReHub account used across the suite.
Next: how it works or speed-ramped video.
VideoMotion cannot. It edits video you have already filmed. To turn still listing photographs into motion clips, use ImageMotion at https://www.imagemotion.ai.
Your next walkthrough could be a finished video.
Upload phone footage, review the ramps, and export a portrait or landscape cut.
