Estate agents
Listing and social video from the visit you already filmed
Film the property on your phone, upload the clips, and return a paced 1080p cut for portals, vendor WhatsApp and Reels — without a desktop editor.
In brief
What does VideoMotion do for estate agents?
It turns a filmed walkthrough into a shorter, branded listing or social video. You still visit the property. The app does not invent rooms or replace a photographer’s stills set.
A workflow that fits an instruction
After photography, most teams still owe the vendor a video. Desktop editors are slow for a two-minute portal cut. VideoMotion is built for that gap: upload MP4 or MOV clips from the visit, review AI-recommended speed ramps, add a logo and intro, then export.
Portal films and social cuts
Film landscape if the destination is a website or portal player. Film portrait if the destination is Reels, TikTok or Shorts. VideoMotion exports 1920×1080 or 1080×1920. It does not automatically produce every social size from a single file — shoot in the orientation you need, or run a second project from a second take.
Scripts when a presenter is on camera
Optional AI scripts (2 credits per generate) and a free teleprompter help agents stay on message while they walk. The edit still starts from footage you recorded, not from a generated avatar.
What this page does not claim
- VideoMotion is not an image-to-video generator.
- It does not replace a filmed walkthrough with CGI rooms.
- Music must be a track you have the right to upload.
Photographers adding video as a service should read VideoMotion for property photographers. New-homes teams can start at new homes.
Your next walkthrough could be a finished video.
Upload phone footage, review the ramps, and export a portrait or landscape cut.
